I'm having trouble placing my order

  • Please make sure ALL credit card information matches billing information. Billing information and credit card information have to match in order for payment to be accepted. If the issue still persists, please email hello@culturevulturexs.com and we will send you an invoice.

When will my order process?

  • Order processing time on ALL orders is approximately 2 to 4 business days. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Processing time may vary with the time of merchandise such as custom pieces, pre-order, backorder, etc. Please note: processing time differs from shipping time and can NOT be sped up. If you do need an item fast, please email us before you place the order to estimate when the order will be shipped and how fast you will receive it.

How to cancel my order?

  • Please email us as soon as you possible to cancel order. If the order has been processed and shipped, there is no way to cancel the order. Order cancellation is not always possible.

How long do preorders take?

  • Each one is different and we give an estimated date on the description of the item.
  • Please also understand, that sometimes preorders can take longer than our estimated arrival time. Sometimes there are things that are out of our hands, that can change the delivery date. We work very hard to deliver by the date you expect. 
  • On the flip side of this, many orders come in well before there estimated date also! The date listed is estimated. If you need an item by a certain date, we suggest letting us know, so if the date does get changed, we can inform you.
